Do you offer Shipping?

Not at this time, but it is in the works.

Pick up

We offer local pickup in Conneaut, Ohio. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.

Orders are available for pickup Monday - Friday between 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Do you offer Delivery?

Not at this time, but it is in the works.  Delivery is only available at this time for Catering/special events.  A delivery Fee will apply.  

Why is there a 2-to-4-day process time?

Every cookie batch is made fresh, and I have a little process that locks in the sweet flavor and soft texture. By the time the cookies reach your home, they will taste just as yummy as the day they were baked!"  

How long are my cookies good for?

Our cookies are individually wrapped and sealed and will last at room temperature for up to 5 days. In the Refrigerator 2 weeks in original packaging or airtight container. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away. 

Can I freeze my Cookies?

Yes.  Cookies can be frozen in the original packaging for up to 4 months.  Simply thaw at room temperature when ready to consume.

Products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat.

Can I customize an order for an event?

As a small business, we love to go the extra mile! Have a special request? Reach out, and we'll do our very best to make it happen.
